Like fine tuning a high-performance race car, your ballast can make all the difference.

Whether you're installing a new fluorescent system, or upgrading an old one, it's a good idea to pay as much attention to the ballast as it is to the type of lamps you plan to use.

After all, a high-quality ballast can greatly increase the light output of your fluorescent tubes, dramatically reduce lighting power costs, save precious energy, prolong lamp life, reduce lamp end-blackening, and even allow you to use a wider variety of lamps.

Consider the H&H Electronic H.B.F. 1.14-1.2 ballast, for example. It will power either one, two, three, or four F32T8 lamps.
