The world's best Traffic Signal Lamp is made in America. And it's available only from H&H Industries, a nearly 50-year-old Illinois-based lighting company.
H&H supplies more U.S.A.-made traffic signal bulbs to municipalities and other traffic lamp users than any other specialty lighting company in America. H&H is also recognized as an international supplier of Traffic Signal Lamps. Task-Master™ Traffic Signal Lamps undergo the most rigorous testing of any traffic signal bulbs on the market.
They're life-rated up to 16,000 user hours to save on maintenance and replacements. They meet or exceed all I.T.E. Specifications and are covered by a Two-Year Free-Replacement Warranty. Compare the features of the Task-Master™ lamp with those of the traffic lamp you are now using.

Only the finest-quality "soda lime" glass is used in the manufacture of H&H Traffic Signal Lamps. Unlike the "cloudy" glass used in some foreign imports, soda lime glass offers maximum clarity and a high degree of thickness control, while minimizing mold rings.
Any good Traffic Signal Lamp should contain krypton gas (instead of conventional argon). But only the H&H traffic lamp contains as much as 95% krypton, as verified by the independent Atlantic Analytical Laboratory. Krypton allows the filament to burn hotter and for a longer period of time. Result: higher light output and longer lamp life!
We use only the toughest, most resilient, longest-lasting filaments in our traffic lamps. Subjected to the same high-speed vibration that all instruments used on U.S. Naval vessels must undergo, 99% of our lamps easily withstood a force exceeding 7G, surpassing any punishment experienced in normal traffic signal applications.
Solidly supported at seven different points, the H&H C-11V filament creates an optimum beam pattern, directing more light into motorists' eyes while eliminating center deadspot.
A built-in reflector disk made of highly polished, six-mil aluminum reflects light back towards the signal lens, adding to usable light. It also protects the base, socket and wiring from destructive bulb heat.
Exclusive basing glue withstands temperatures in excess of 200oC. (392oF.), insuring a permanent bond between base and bulb. Specially grooved glass bulb accepts more glue for strength. That's why H&H traffic lamps exceed all A.N.S.I. torque test standards.
Aluminum bases may be just fine for household bulbs that last only a few hundred hours. But they just won't do for a traffic lamp designed for 16,000 punishing hours. That's why we use only non-corroding brass, which can't "freeze" or weld itself to the socket—even after thousands of hours of use.
Protects against damage to sockets and controls in the event of an electrical "arc-out."
All H&H Traffic Signal Lamps are "flash" tested immediately following manufacture. After a seven-day hold period, where they are monitored for gas leaks, they are re-tested and packed for shipping. Each lamp shows the month and year of manufacture on the etch.
If one of our Traffic Signal Lamps burns out within two years of date of purchase, we replace it free of charge—no questions asked.
