| 12,000 Rated Hours Decorative Lamps | 24 months |
| 12,000 Rated Hours Megalife MR-16s and Super V Incandescent | 18 months |
| 10,000 Rated Hours Twistee CFLs and PLs | 12 months |
| 8,000-10,000 Rated Hours Fluorescent Lamps | 12 months |
| 3500-10,000 Rated Hours Incandescent (including 8,000 Task-Master) | 12 months |
| 6,000 Rated Hours H&H Megapar Halogens | 12 months |
| 4,000 Rated Hours Competitive Edge Halogens | 6 months |
| 4,000 Rated Hours MR-16 and Double Ended Quartz | 6 months |
H&H Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any other warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, on other products it distributes except through a manufacturer that may provide such, if any.
H&H Industries, Inc. reserves the right to inspect the lamps being replaced to insure future quality.
H&H Industries, Inc. shall not be held liable for enforcement of any of the above replacement warranty if payment by purchaser is not made according to invoice terms or if it is deemed by H&H that lamps failed because of improper use or other conditions that directly affect the lamp's normal performance.
