Task-Master® traffic lamps are crafted using only the finest quality "soda lime" glass. This high-quality glass offers maximum clarity and precise thickness control, setting it apart from the "cloudy" glass used in some foreign imports, ensuring optimal visibility in traffic signals.
Exclusive Basing Cement
The Task-Master® traffic lamps feature a specially grooved glass bulb combined with heat-resistant basing glue that withstands temperatures exceeding 200º C. This ensures a permanent bond between the bulb and base, surpassing A.N.S.I. torque test standards, providing a secure and reliable connection in demanding environments.
Brass Base
Our bulbs are equipped with a non-corroding brass base, which is far superior to aluminum bases. Unlike aluminum, a brass base will not "freeze" or weld itself to the socket, ensuring easy maintenance and longevity in traffic signal installations.
Built-In Fuse Wire
